Executive Management

Liam J. Kelly, Chairman, President and CEO

Liam J. Kelly is currently Chairman, President and CEO of Teleflex.

Liam became President and CEO on January 1, 2018. He joined Teleflex in April 2009 and shortly thereafter assumed responsibility as President of EMEA. He was then promoted to the position of Executive Vice President and President, International in June 2012. In April 2014, Liam was appointed Executive Vice President and President, Americas. In April 2015, he was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. From May 2016 to December 2017, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Liam worked at Hill-Rom where he held senior leadership positions from 2002 to 2009. He was the Vice President of International Marketing and Product Development and previously had been Managing Director of their UK & Ireland businesses.

Liam holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick.

Thomas Powell, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Thomas (Tom) Powell was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Teleflex in February 2013.

Tom joined Teleflex in 2011 as Senior Vice President, Global Finance. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in March 2012.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Tom served since 2009 as CFO of TomoTherapy Incorporated, which was sold in 2011 to Accuray Incorporated. Previously, he was CFO of Textura Corporation and Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer of Midway Games Inc. He has also held leadership positions with Dade Behring, Inc. (now Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics), PepsiCo, Bain & Company, Tenneco Corporation and Arthur Andersen & Company.

Tom earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

He is based in Wayne, PA, USA.

Petro Barchuk, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis

Petro Barchuk was named Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for Teleflex in April 2018.

Petro joined Teleflex in June 2016 and was promoted to lead the FP&A Department as Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis in October 2016. He is responsible for overseeing the Global FP&A organization and Teleflex’s key FP&A processes including the annual operating plan, interim forecasts, the 5-year financial plan and financial oversight of corporate cost centers.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Petro was with ADT Corporation where he served as Director of FP&A. While at ADT, Petro also held roles of increasing responsibility within ADT’s Treasury organization. Prior to ADT, he was part of the Financial Management Development Program at Tyco International where he completed extensive rotations in both the FP&A and Treasury organizations.

Petro earned his MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.

Karen Boylan, Corporate Vice President, Strategic Projects

Karen Boylan is Corporate Vice President, Strategic Projects for Teleflex.

In January 2019, Karen assumed her current role as Corporate Vice President, Strategic Projects, focusing on improving innovation through project excellence by leading and supporting global project delivery, developing standard project processes and developing and providing portfolio knowledge.

She joined Teleflex in January 2013 as Vice President, International QARA and was named Vice President, Global QARA in August 2014. She was instrumental in strengthening both the organization and talent of our global QARA team, and played a key leadership role in the integration of the Vidacare and Mayo Healthcare acquisitions.

In January 2019, Karen assumed her current role as Vice President, Global Strategic Projects, focusing on improving innovation through project excellence by leading and supporting global project delivery, developing standard project processes and developing and providing portfolio knowledge.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Karen served as QA Vice President, Corporate Quality Systems for Boston Scientific Corporation from April 1996 to December 2012. She spent over 16 years at Boston Scientific Corporation in a variety of roles including Operations Quality, Design Assurance and Corporate Quality. Karen was based in both Ireland at the Galway manufacturing/R&D facility as well as at the company headquarters in Boston, USA. Earlier in her career, she was a QA pre-production leader at Inamed Corporation (Allergan).

Karen earned an MBA from Open University and a B.Sc. (Hons) Applied Biochemical Sciences with a Diploma in Industrial Studies (DIS) from the University of Ulster. She holds Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

She is based in Athlone, Ireland.

Howard Cyr, Corporate Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer

Howard Cyr is Corporate Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Teleflex.

In this role, Howard will leverage his legal and compliance-related experience to successfully manage Teleflex’s compliance program. Previously, Howard was Associate General Counsel for Teleflex where he was responsible for internal and external investigations along with managing the Company’s global litigation, risk exposure, and regulatory compliance matters.

Prior to joining Teleflex in 2018, Howard was Associate General Counsel for Teva Pharmaceuticals where he managed compliance and regulatory risk exposure as well as litigation at this global pharmaceutical firm. From 2004 to 2010, Howard served as Senior Corporate Counsel for Pfizer Inc. where he was responsible for management of litigation, government investigations, and regulatory risk exposure associated with small-molecule drugs, drug-device combinations, biologics, and vaccines. Prior to joining Pfizer, Howard was a partner in a Philadelphia based law firm.

Howard is a senior-level legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the life sciences resolving difficult compliance, litigation, and FDA regulatory issues and has deep experience in fraud and abuse law.

Howard is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

He is based in Wayne, PA USA.

John Deren, Corporate Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

John Deren is Corporate Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Teleflex.

Prior to joining Teleflex in May 2013, John was VP & Global Controller of Trinseo, a global specialty materials company. He led the financial carve out of Trinseo from Dow Chemical Company and successfully completed the Company’s first public reporting requirements. From June 2009 to December 2010, John was the Assistant Controller of Exelon Generation, one of the world’s largest producers and wholesale marketers of power. At Exelon he provided financial leadership over the largest nuclear fleet in the United States as well as Exelon’s wholesale energy business. From 2004 to 2009, John was the Assistant Controller of Rohm and Haas Company until its acquisition by the Dow Chemical Company in 2009. At Rohm and Haas he had oversight of the Company’s global consolidation, external reporting and all technical accounting matters.

John has over 23 years of financial management and reporting experience for public companies. He began his career and obtained his CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the assurance practice holding positions of increasing responsibility through Senior Manager with a focus on public debt and equity offerings and acquisitions.

He is a graduate of Drexel University and is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

He is based in Wayne, PA, USA.

Michael DiGiuseppe, President, Latin America and Americas Commercial Operations Group

Michael Di Giuseppe is the President, Latin America and Americas Commercial Operations Group for Teleflex.

Michael started his career at Teleflex in 2010 as Director of Sales in the Surgical business. After creating focused disciplines in selling skills, pricing, talent development and performance management, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2012 and subsequently helped improve the Canadian Surgical business.

In October 2014, Michael became Vice President of Sales for the Anesthesia business. During his two years in this role, his responsibilities included inside and outside sales, training, talent development and sales force effectiveness. He successfully integrated the Emergency Medicine sales team that has since grown annually.

Michael then took over responsibility for Corporate Accounts in July 2017, focusing the team on activities that drive increased revenue, protect and expand margin, and deliver customer value. The team was redeployed into East and West teams that cover the most strategic customers in their marketplaces. In December 2017, Michael assumed responsibility for the strategic direction and execution of the Respiratory business which also includes Alternate Care and Urology for North America.

Michael earned his B.S. in Finance at West Virginia University and has held roles of increasing responsibility at Merrill Lynch, MBNA Bank and Ethicon Endo-Surgery.

He is based in Morrisville, NC, USA.

Timothy Duffy, Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Timothy Duffy was named Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Teleflex in October 2012.

Tim joined Teleflex in October 2011 as the Vice President of Global IT Applications. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer for Cephalon, an International Bio-Pharmaceutical company, and held various leadership positions at Merck Pharmaceuticals, Andersen Consulting and as a Captain in the U.S. Army. His experiences in the Life Sciences industry include IT Strategic Planning, leading large-scale ERP and Commercial Business Transformation Programs, Strategic Outsourcing, M&A Integration and leading IT Operations in support of Global Business Functions.

Tim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton and Engineering & Applied Sciences.

He is based in Wayne, PA, USA.

James Ferguson, President and General Manager, Surgical

James Ferguson is President and General Manager, Surgical for Teleflex.

He was the leader of the Respiratory business following the division of Anesthesia and Respiratory in January 2015 until taking over the Surgical business in December 2017.

James also led the Latin America region from 2008-2021, achieving growth contribution in all product segments. He helped to establish a legal entity in Brazil to expand direct sales and clinical support positions as well as a new distribution center in Mexico City.

James joined Teleflex through the Hudson RCI acquisition in July 2004. He initially was appointed Vice President of Sales North America, and subsequently served as Vice President of Corporate Sales.

Prior to Teleflex, James was at Hudson for 11 years, serving as Director of Hospital Sales/National Sales Manager and in various national and regional sales manager positions.

He earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego in California.

He is based in Morrisville, NC, USA.

Michelle Fox, Corporate Vice President & Chief Medical Officer

Michelle Fox, RN BSN was named Corporate Vice President & Chief Medical Officer for Teleflex in February 2020.

She previously served as Vice President, Clinical and Medical Affairs since January 2015.

Michelle joined Teleflex in December 2013 as the Senior Director of Clinical Affairs through the acquisition of Vidacare. She has more than ten years of medical device management experience. During her time at Vidacare, Michelle led many successful growth initiatives and acted as the spokesperson for the company resulting in practice change through the release of new guidelines and policies, collaboration in education, clinical research, professional development and advocacy.

She has been instrumental in strengthening the organization through the formation of our global Clinical and Medical Affairs division. Michelle and her leadership team set the clinical vision and strategy for the organization. She provides leadership to Medical Affairs which provides medical guidance for the Company’s global product portfolio and assures compliance with global regulatory, legislative and medical requirements. Clinical Affairs representatives lead the design of and implementation of multidisciplinary clinical development programs covering a broad range of products and therapeutic areas in collaboration with strategic business partners. Michelle also leads the scientific, clinical research and reimbursement arm of the organization.

Michelle’s work has focused on organizational and systems development. This includes interactive medical education, as a means to making transformational change and supporting research that implements the best medical practices into bedside clinical care. She has lectured nationally and internationally on the impact of strong collaboration between Clinical and Medical Affairs and professional medical and nursing societies. She offers a rare blend of strong clinical practice and leadership, driven by her desire to improve patient outcomes, and tempered by a clear understanding of the challenges facing healthcare today.

Michelle received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Colby Sawyer College, a Dartmouth Affiliated program, and went on to complete a Harvard Affiliated Critical Care Residency Program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She has served in advisory positions for medical and nursing societies, Board of Trustees and contributed to new standards of practice for specialty societies.

She is based in Boston, MA, USA.

Sunny Goh, President, APAC

Sunny Goh was named President, APAC for Teleflex in December 2016.

Sunny is a general management executive qualified by three decades of success in medical device/equipment and manufacturing industries. He joined Teleflex in June 2016 as Regional Managing Director with leadership and management oversight of our Southeast Asia business and Singapore-based legal entities.

Prior to Teleflex, Sunny was President, Welch Allyn Asia Pacific, with leadership oversight of its region's commercial operations, R&D center in Singapore and China manufacturing unit. Before Welch Allyn, he was with B. Braun Asia Pacific in various growth-driving senior leadership capacities in commercial and manufacturing, such as General Manager Asia Pacific for its extracorporeal blood treatment business, Founder Chairman of B. Braun Avitum (Shanghai) Trading Co. Ltd., Country Managing Director of B. Braun Thailand Ltd. and Regional Head (Emerging Markets). Sunny was also an executive of Baxter and its spun-off unit Allegiance Healthcare (later acquired by Cardinal Health) in various sales and marketing capacities responsible for Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

As a member of Teleflex’s Executive Committee, Sunny is responsible for leadership, business and growth strategy and its execution in the Asia Pacific region.

He earned his BMgmt(Hons) in Marketing from the University of Science Malaysia, MBA (General Management) from Heriot-Watt University UK and PhD (Business Administration) from Washington International University USA.

He is based in Singapore.

Kevin Hardage, President and General Manager, Interventional Urology

Kevin Hardage is President and General Manager, Interventional Urology for Teleflex.

In this role, Kevin continues to foster a culture built upon a growth mindset, a customer-centric focus, and a relentless passion to build the UroLift brand.

Kevin comes to Teleflex with over 23 years of sales and marketing experience within the medical device industry. In 1998, Kevin joined Medtronic where he held several positions with increasing responsibility. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Advanced Surgical Instruments where he was responsible for $2.2B in revenue and managing over 700 commercial leaders.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri.

Marie Hendrixson, Vice President, Internal Audit

Marie Hendrixson is Vice President of Internal Audit for Teleflex.

She leads the Global Internal Audit function at Teleflex, reporting to the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and administratively to Tom Powell, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Marie joined Teleflex in April 2009, bringing more than 24 years of experience in auditing to her role.

Prior to Teleflex, she was a Managing Director at an internal audit consulting firm and a Partner at Arthur Andersen. Marie has approximately 33 years of audit experience including 21 years of direct internal audit experience. Over the course of her career, she has held several leadership positions within not-for-profits and professional associations. During her internal audit consulting career, Marie serviced several global manufacturing companies and facilitated numerous Chief Audit Executive Roundtables and internal audit training courses.

Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting Major degree from Widener University.

She is based in Wayne, PA, USA.

Cameron Hicks, Corporate Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Cameron (Cam) Hicks is the Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Teleflex.

He joined Teleflex in April 2013, bringing more than 23 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development to his role.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Cam served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness for Harlan Laboratories, a private global provider of pre-clinical and non-clinical research services. Preceding Harlan, he spent 20 years at MDS where he was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the global Pharma Services division, the Director of Human Resources for the Canadian Diagnostics division, and held a variety of other HR and Operational Leadership roles. Prior to joining MDS, Cam was on the teaching faculty at the Richard Ivey School of Business in Canada.

Cam earned his B.A. in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, London, ON, Canada.

He is based in Wayne, PA, USA.

Scott Holstine, President and General Manager, Interventional

Scott Holstine is President and General Manager – Interventional for Teleflex.

Scott comes to Teleflex with over 23 years of experience in the medical device industry including senior leadership, sales, marketing, business development, strategy, and commercial operations execution. His experiences range from diverse Class III devices to consumer-driven markets, including Cardiac Electrophysiology, Interventional Cardiology, Heart Failure, Cardiac Rhythm Management, Interventional Pain Management, Neuromodulation, Urology, Women’s Health, and Hearing Healthcare.

Most recently, Scott was General Manger and Senior Vice President for Amplifon SpA, running their Elite Hearing Network business. Prior to that, he spent much of his career with Guidant Corporation and St. Jude Medical, as well as running Sales and Marketing for two Neuromodulation companies.

Scott graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and went on to serve in the United States Army. Additionally, he earned his Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management – Minneapolis, MN.

Matthew James, President, EMEA and Global Urology

Matthew James is President, EMEA and Global Urology for Teleflex.

He joined Teleflex in 2011 as UK Country Manager, was promoted to EMEA Regional Vice President in November 2012 and then appointed President, EMEA and Global Urology in June 2020.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Matthew was UK & Ireland Sales & Marketing Director at Smiths Medical.

Matthew has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey.

Lawrence Keusch, Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategy Development

Lawrence Keusch is Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategy Development at Teleflex. 

In this role, Larry will closely partner with the executive team to meet our organization’s goals and strategies, and to contribute to shareholder satisfaction.

Larry comes to Teleflex with over 30 years of investment research experience within the medical device and hospital supplies industry. Larry began his career with Goldman Sachs and held numerous positions of increasing responsibility over his 20+ year career with the firm, including co-head of healthcare research in Global Investment Research. Most recently, Larry worked for Raymond James and covered 17 US stocks, including Teleflex, in robotics, ophthalmology, orthopedics, sterilization, and hospital supplies, and advised Raymond James’ institutional investors and 8,000 retail brokers. 

Larry earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Tufts University.

Michael Kryukov, Vice President, Global Tax

Michael Kryukov is Vice President, Global Tax for Teleflex. 

Michael joined Teleflex in July 2007 as Director, International Tax. He was promoted to Vice President in April 2016 and was appointed to the position of Vice President, Global Tax in April 2021.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Michael was a Director in the Global Tax Structuring group of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he had 13 years of progressive experience advising a variety of industrial clients with a global footprint.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from State University of Aerospace Instrumentation, St. Petersburg, Russia, and a master’s degree in Taxation from J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

Lisa Kudlacz, President and General Manager, Vascular

Lisa Kudlacz is President and General Manager, Vascular for Teleflex.

She joined Teleflex in February 2021, bringing over 25 years of experience in healthcare and the medical device industry including senior leadership, global business development, strategy and commercial execution.

Early in her career, Lisa had success in sales, sales leadership, sales operations, and corporate accounts, which led to multiple roles as a General Manager in different segments of the Avanos organization (formerly Kimberly Clark). In these roles, she oversaw businesses which required market development, reimbursement strategy, clinical evidence development, direct marketing, and strong competitive defense strategies to successfully grow. Additionally, she has experience integrating acquisitions and managing both new, fast-growing businesses and mature operations. Most recently, Lisa served as President of Streck Omaha.

Lisa is a passionate advocate and mentor for several women in leadership, which led to her winning the Southeast Life Sciences (formerly SEMDA) Medtech Woman of the Year award in 2017.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Business from The University of Nebraska.

She is based in Morrisville, NC, USA.

Bert Lane, Vice President, Global Logistics and Distribution

Bert Lane is Vice President, Global Logistics and Distribution for Teleflex.

He joined Teleflex in 2014 and has more than 25 years of experience working in Global Supply Chain positions. Previously, he worked for Microsoft, GN ReSound (Hearing Health Care) and Logitech.

He has travelled extensively and held positions in China, Denmark, Germany, as well as Ireland.

Bert holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a CPIM with APICS.

He is based in Athlone, Ireland.

Daniel V. Logue, Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Daniel V. Logue is Corporate Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Teleflex.

Since joining Teleflex as Assistant General Counsel in June 2004, Dan has provided legal advice to senior management and the Board, specializing in corporate governance, public disclosure, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. He also served as divisional counsel for our former Aerospace and Commercial businesses. Dan’s role expanded in February 2013 when he was named Associate General Counsel. He was further promoted to Deputy General Counsel in February 2017 and served in that role until December 2020.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Dan was an associate at the law firm of Pepper Hamilton LLP (now Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP), where he specialized in corporate and securities matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Dan earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Joseph’s University.

He is based in Wayne, PA, USA.

Justin McMurray, Vice President, Global Strategic Research and Development

Justin McMurray is Vice President, Global Strategic Research and Development for Teleflex.

Justin brings R&D and commercial management experience across multiple business units, geographic regions and clinical specialties. He leads Teleflex’s Advanced Engineering, Biologics Development, Innovation and Strategic Initiatives groups while also providing cross-business unit R&D leadership.

Prior to his current role, Justin served in several leadership and management positions at Teleflex, including as President and General Manager, Anesthesia and Emergency Medicine, General Manager of the Vidacare business unit and as Vice President, Research and Development, International.

Justin joined Teleflex through the Arrow acquisition in 2007 and has more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry.

He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and an M.S. in The Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania.

He is based in Morrisville, NC, USA.

Jake Newman, President, The Americas

Jake Newman is President, The Americas for Teleflex.

In this role, Jake is responsible for leading the sustainable expansion of our commercial operations in this region with a focus on bringing exceptional value to our customers.

He joined Teleflex in 2009 as Director of Marketing for the Respiratory business unit. Following that assignment, he held Director and Vice President level marketing roles in the Vascular business. He was named Vice President and General Manager of Vascular in February 2017 before being named President and General Manager, Vascular. In his most recent role as Group President, Jake oversaw both the Interventional and Vascular businesses.

Jake has over 19 years of medical device experience spanning Sales, Global Marketing, New Product Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management.

Prior to Teleflex, he began his career at Black & Decker where he served in Sales, Marketing and Sales Management roles. He then joined BSN Medical, holding various Marketing positions and rapidly progressing to Director of U.S. Marketing. There, he was responsible for directing new product development and launches, market research, forecasting, pricing and margin management, business development, product lifecycle management and acquisition integrations in support of three distinct businesses and multiple sales channels.

Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Robert Morris University (Pittsburgh, PA) and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

He is based in Morrisville, NC, USA.

Daniel Price, Corporate Vice President, Commercial Finance

Daniel Price is Corporate Vice President, Commercial Finance for Teleflex.

He joined Teleflex in 2009 as Vice President of Finance EMEA, bringing more than 20 years of experience to the Company from similar roles.

Today he leads the Teleflex Global Commercial Financial organization. In this role, Daniel has responsibility for the financial management of Teleflex Commercial with EMEA, APAC and the Americas Strategic Business Unit finance reporting into him. Daniel has implemented strategies that have resulted in improved reporting processes, contributed significant financial benefits, and been a key team member in many of the recent large scale acquisitions. He has led the organization in driving process improvements which resulted in gains for shareholders and employees.

Prior to Teleflex, Daniel held various senior positions within Kongsberg and Roper industries.

He is based in Wayne, PA, USA.

Dominik Reterski, Corporate Vice President, Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs

Dominik Reterski is Corporate Vice President, Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs for Teleflex.

In this role, Dominik works across the business to ensure products comply with government regulations and that quality assurance professionals are focused on delivering high-quality products to customers.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Dominik spent 20 years with Medtronic, where he progressively expanded executive QA/RA leadership roles across EMEA, APAC, and the corporate function. Most recently, Dominik served as Medtronic’s Vice President – Corporate Quality.

Throughout his career he has held multiple leadership roles in trade associations such as MedTech Europe, Mecomed and APACMed, working proactively to shape policies, demonstrate the value of innovation, and promote regulatory convergence.

Dominik is a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw in Poland and earned a Master’s of Science degree in Pharmacology.

He is based in Athlone, Ireland.

Kevin Robinson, President and General Manager, Anesthesia & Emergency Medicine

Kevin Robinson is President and General Manager, Anesthesia & Emergency Medicine for Teleflex.

Kevin joined Teleflex in April 2018. He is a seasoned global leader who has lived and worked on three continents across diverse healthcare markets. He has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility for more than 20 years for some of the world’s leading medical device and consumer health companies.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Kevin was General Manager with C.R. Bard where he led their Global Homecare Business based in Atlanta, Georgia. At Johnson and Johnson, he was General Manager EMEA for Animas part of LifeScan based in Zug, Switzerland, and at Coloplast, he led Global Marketing based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Kevin received a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.

He is based in Morrisville, NC, USA.

Greg Stotts, President and General Manager, OEM

Greg Stotts is President and General Manager, OEM for Teleflex.

Greg joined Teleflex in March 2006 as Corporate Account Manager OEM, was named Director International Sales and Corporate Accounts OEM in 2008, and Vice President Sales OEM in December 2010.

He brings over 30 years of business unit sales, marketing, sales operations, and manufacturing experience to his role. His previous employers include Vital Signs, a division of GE Healthcare, Mallinckrodt, and Tyco Healthcare.

Greg has a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a minor in Accounting.

He is based in Gurnee, IL, USA.

Matt Tomkin, Vice President, Corporate Development

Matt Tomkin is Vice President, Corporate Development for Teleflex

In this role, Matt oversees all phases of the M&A process, from deal sourcing to execution.

Matt joined the Corporate Development team in 2015 and has managed numerous global M&A scale transactions, various tuck-in acquisitions, late-stage technology deals, and distributor-to-direct conversions.

Prior to joining Teleflex, Matt worked in the Audit and Enterprise Risk Services and M&A Transaction Services groups at Deloitte & Touche.

Matt is a CPA and has a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

He is based in Wayne, PA, USA.

Ed Weidner, Vice President, Customer Experience and Commercial Operations

Ed Weidner is Vice President of Customer Experience and Commercial Operations for Teleflex.

He was named Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Commercial Operations and Customer Support in June 2013. In June 2017, Ed was asked to head our new Customer Experience Team for The Americas, while remaining head of Commercial Operations.

Ed joined Teleflex in November 1989 as the Arrow Los Angeles Medical Sales Specialist. During his time here, Ed has served in a variety of commercial and operations leadership roles, including Vice President & General Manager for Arrow’s Select Custom Kitting business and Vice President, Sales for Anesthesia.

He is based in Wayne, PA, USA.

Jay White, Corporate Vice President & President, Global Commercial

Jay White was named Corporate Vice President & President, Global Commercial for Teleflex in January 2021.

He joined Teleflex in March 2005 as Director of Marketing, North America. In January 2013, he was promoted to President and General Manager of our Surgical business. In December 2013, Jay earned another promotion to President and General Manager of our Vascular business. He was named President, The Americas in February 2017 and Corporate Vice President, Americas & EMEA in February 2020.

Jay has more than 15 years of sales, marketing and general management experience in healthcare with a broad familiarity in surgical and critical care markets. Prior to joining Teleflex, Jay worked at Covidien where he held senior leadership positions in sales and marketing over a five-year period.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri.

He is based in Morrisville, NC, USA.

James Winters, Corporate Vice President, Manufacturing & Supply Chain

James Winters was named Corporate Vice President, Manufacturing & Supply Chain for Teleflex in February 2020.

Previously, he served as Vice President, Manufacturing. He joined Teleflex in March 2018 and is responsible for global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Planning.

Prior to Teleflex, James worked for Johnson and Johnson (DePuySynthes) from August 2005 where he held various roles including Vice President of Global Manufacturing for Global Joint Reconstruction and Chair of the DePuy Ireland Joints Global Supply Chain board (2014-2018).

Prior to 2014, James held roles in DePuySynthes including Plant Manager for the DePuySynthes Ireland Manufacturing Operation – an orthopedics medical device manufacturer. In this role, he was responsible for leading and managing the Cork manufacturing site as well as continuing to accelerate the transformation of operations to a fully integrated Lean supply chain. As a result of this effort, the DePuySynthes Ireland site was awarded the Shingo Prize in 2014.

Prior to DePuy, James worked with Sanmina–SCI in varying roles including Operations Manager and in Program Management.

From a professional organization perspective, James has also sat on the Irish Medtech Association Board since 2012 and was the Chair of the board in 2016. He also joined the Cork IBEC (Irish Business Confederation) Regional Executives in 2016 and was appointed Regional President for 2017 – 2020.

James holds a BTech in Electronic Manufacturing from the University of Limerick and an MBA from the University College Cork.

He is based in Athlone, Ireland.
