(NYSE: TFX) announced today that William R. Cook had been elected a director.
Mr. Cook is chairman, president and chief executive officer of BetzDearborn
Inc. (NYSE: BTL), a $1.3 billion specialty chemicals company with headquarters
in Trevose, Pennsylvania.
