RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 13, 2000--Weck
Closure Systems, a unit of Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX),
announced today that it filed suit against PrimeSource Surgical, and
Vitalitec International, S.A., a French company, for infringement of
Weck's U.S. Patent No. 5,908,430 entitled "Easy Loading Hemostatic
Clip and Cartridge." "We will continue to vigorously defend our
intellectual property," said Stephen Holmes, President of Weck Closure
