Teleflex Trivia Challenge Supports Quality Outcomes and Safety for
Patients Worldwide
WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 2, 2014--
Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX), a leading global provider of medical
devices for critical care and surgery, and the AVA Foundation have
announced that Teleflex will host a Trivia Challenge during the
Association for Vascular Access Annual Scientific Meeting in National
Harbor, MD, September 7-10 in order to raise awareness and funds.
Teleflex is proud to partner with the AVA
Foundation, which is dedicated to saving lives through risk-free
vascular access. Teleflex will contribute up to $25,000 to the AVA
Foundation to help support research designed to reduce the risk of
Hospital-Acquired Conditions. By playing the Teleflex trivia challenge,
AVA participants can learn more about evidence-based vascular access
practices, with every correct answer earning a $5 contribution toward
the $25,000 goal.
