of interventional products at the 53rd European Renal,
Dialysis and Transplant Congress in Vienna on May 21 - 24, 2016.
During the event, Teleflex will showcase the ARROW-ClarkTM
VectorFlowTM Hemodialysis Catheter. Designed for optimum
performance, the ARROW-ClarkTM VectorFlowTM
Catheter (available in both retrograde and antegrade insertion
platforms) is a tunneled hemodialysis catheter with symmetrical tip that
is designed to reduce loss of lock solution (a contributing factor in
reducing the risk of thrombus adherence), give sustained high flows,
minimize recirculation and reduce the risk of platelet damage resulting
from shear stress.
Teleflex will also highlight its entire Arrow® Chronic
Hemodialysis Catheter portfolio, which offers both split-tip and
step-tip catheters for both retrograde and antegrade insertion
techniques.
The Arrow® NextStep® Retrograde and Antegrade
product family consists of step-tip catheters designed for smooth,
over-the-wire transitions during insertions and exchanges. These
step-tip catheters also have the advantage of split-tip high flow
characteristics. The Arrow® Cannon® II Plus and
Arrow Edge® Products are split-tip catheters that can be
tunneled using retrograde or antegrade technique, respectively.
